Before founding OLTRE, Tommaso spent more than twenty years advising leaders and organisations on leadership, governance, and the decisions that shape what comes next. His work focuses on CEO succession, leadership development, corporate governance, and board advisory. Over the years, he has supported clients on high-impact questions involving leadership, organisations, and their future direction.
Before this, Tommaso spent nearly a decade as a corporate and investment banker in leading global institutions. Working between Milan and London, he gained experience in financial analysis, global relationship banking, and investment-banking advisory. This experience continues to inform the way he reads context, pressure, and the human implications of important decisions.
A long-standing interest in leadership and human development.
Tommaso is the author of “OLTRE: la tua nuova leadership” and its English edition, “Beyond”. Since 2011, he has also written through Open Thinking, where he explores themes including decision-making complexity, leadership, personal energy, and professional growth.
He graduated with honours in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, is an Italian Certified Public Accountant and Statutory Auditor, and completed the International Executive Program at INSEAD.
